RE: REQUEST FOR A BUSINESS/ INVESTMENT PARTNER
I am a Zimbabwean business woman/ entrepreneur wishing to venture into fishing, crocodile farming, Game Park and boat cruising at Ruti Dam in the district of Buhera which is about 50km away from Murambinda Growth Point.
I have identified this area because I believe it makes a lot of business and economic sense to do so because of the following reasons;
1. The area has lots of potential of becoming a tourist hub. This follows that there are ruins situated within a two kilometer radius of the dam.
These ruins act as a tourist attraction.
2. There is a hotel at the dam nearby which means that accommodation for visitors/ tourists is readily available. We can further invest by
purchasing the hotel and make it part of our portfolio.
3. This kind of investment/ development would be of mutual benefit to the investors as well as the community in that it will offer employment
opportunities to the local people.
4. Both the Ministry of Information and the Ministry of Tourism have since visited the place and approved the idea that this place be
developed into a tourist resort.
The Buhera District has welcomed the idea of someone investing at the centre as well as transforming it into a fully-fledged tourism resort centre. To this end, they are going to have an official launch of the centre on the 1st of October 2011. It is being hoped and anticipated that by this date (1st of October 2011), some work on our project must have started. This being the case, I am therefore looking for a business partner who can work together with me so that we raise finance and invest in this promising business venture.
